Who We Are

The Arab Conference at Harvard (ACH) is an alumni- and student-led initiative organized by the Harvard Arab Alumni Association (HAAA) and student groups across the Harvard campus, including Harvard Business School, Harvard Medical School, Harvard Law School, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and Harvard College.

HAAA was established in 2001 to address the historical underrepresentation of the Arab World at Harvard, as well as to empower Harvard Arab alumni to address key challenges facing their communities. Today, HAAA reaches over 4,000 alumni and friends and supports a number of charities, scholarship funds, and research initiatives throughout the Arab world. In 2010, the President of Harvard University recognized HAAA as the best alumni association at Harvard.

Each year HAAA hosts the Arab Conference at Harvard to bring together over a thousand Harvard alumni, faculty, and societal leaders in the Arab World to discuss key issues related to the region, encourage meaningful dialogue and connections, and inspire creative and sustainable solutions.

Harvard Arab Alumni Association (HAAA) is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization.
